Features
- Versatility - The Wis-Matic provides for fast changeover from one production job to another
- 1 to 5 Power Units - The Wis-Matic is available with any combination of one to four horizontal power units and one vertical power unit.
- Adaptable - It is suitable for a wide variety of production drilling, tapping, reaming, boring and spot facing operations. Combinations of these operations are possible in one work cycle.
- Readily Adjustable - Each unit is adjustable in the vertical, longitudinal and lateral planes, with all vertical adjustments counter-balanced for quick, accurate positioning.
- Units Independent - Each power unit can be run independently of the others.
- Instananeous Changeover - From drilling to reverse tapping - can be accomplished from the master control station for any of the power units.
- Cycle Selector - In electrical control panel - can be set to actuate power units on first or second pass, or in any multiples.
- Adjustable Counterbalance - Pneumatic cylinder in vertical slide is provided as standard equipment.
- Air storage tank is built into the base.
- Easy access to coolant pump
