Close-Coupled Morse Taper Type Floating Tap or Reamer Holder
Close-Coupled float sleeves are best suited for close jobs, where
minimum space between holder and work is required. Tool knock-out
is not exposed when the holder is in the spindle, requiring the operator
to remove the holder from the spindle for tool change.
Lines up automatically under load. Provides unrestricted float, corrects
misalignment within 1/32" radius (more on the larger size holders).
Operates perfectly in any position.
Some models in stock, most with 3-5 week delivery. All models also
available with tension, compression and coolant through options.

Type U Floating Tool Holders with an ACME Shank
Close-coupled morse taper float sleeve to receive morse taper shank tools and an ACME adjustable shank for straight ID or automotive type spindles or adapters.
Type B Floating Tool Holders with a Straight Shank
Close-coupled morse taper float sleeve to receive morse taper shank tools and a straight holder shank for straight ID or automotive type spindles or adapters.
