Kingsbury Tapping UnitsOur inventory of Kingsbury heads are previously run heads that are rebuilt to your specifications and come with a 1 year warranty. All have a mechanical feed with variable pitches are available.
Drillunit Tapping UnitsDrillunit tapping machine heads are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in Farmington Hills, MI. These are servo-driven units, ready for your tooling.
Hause Tapping UnitsHause lead screw heads can tap up to 2" diameter in steel and can run either vertically or horizontally. Standard and high-torque models are available.
Hypneumat Tapping UnitsHypneumat heads offer a sealed construction and a simple design. They are able to tap with high speed, close tolerances, and low pressure and offer a wide range of available stroke.
Sugino Tapping UnitsSugino lead screw heads are available with either an induction motor or a servo motor. Both high precision and small hole blind taps can be done efficiently with Sugino tappers.
Wisconsin Tapping UnitsWisconsin lead screw heads feature a hardened and thread ground lead screw and nut, all standard pitches available for lead screw pitch, a multiple spindle flanged quill provided with flange for close coupled multiple spindle head mounting, and built-in tap protection.
