LBL Linear Bearing Low Profile Slides
The LBL slide is an ideal choice for assembly, test, gauge, motion control, and machining applications and available in the most popular sizes of base widths. They are built with precision to deliver optimum performance with the greatest reliability. These custom design slides are built to your exact requirements and are available with and extensive choice of options and accessories.
The LBL slide consists of four bearing units mounted to the saddle tracking on two parallel rails that are mounted to the base. When saddle lengths reach a certain length or when loading is exceptionally high, two additional bearing units are added to the saddle.

- Saddle is manufactured from ground steel plate stress-relieved.
- Base is manufactured from machine tool grade cast iron stress-relieved and normalized to minimize distortion.
- Top, bottom, and side surfaces are ground flat and parallel.
- Both ends of saddle and base are machined
