Setco Dovetail Slides
DS series slides are offered in 3 styles:
Express DS - These standard slides are offered in basic and hand feed models. They are offered 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12" base widths in a variety of base and saddle lengths.
Select DS - These slides are avaliable with base widths up to 16" and with custom base and saddle lengths up to 64". Select DS slides are offered with a wider range of drive styles and accessories. Select DS slides usually ship in 3 weeks.
Super Select DS - These slides are offered in widths up to 16" and with base and saddle lengths up to 96". They are engineered around a standard building block design that allows for complete customization to meet custom requirements while offering the benefit of reduced leadtime and lower cost provided by the standardized modular design.
Tooling and utility slides are offered in 2 styles:
TS series - TS series standard duty dovetail slides are offered in 2" through 6" saddle widths. They feature and extended saddle for increased reach and are offered in four models.
- Basic (manual positioning)
- Hand feed, compound hand feed
- Vertical angle plate
- Hand feed or return spring
TS slides are also offered in heavy duty HTS models. The HTS slides are available in 4", 6" and 8" widths and feature a thicker base, saddle, and dovetail cross section for enhanced strength, stability, and durability.
M Series - M Series dovetail slides are offered in 2", 4", 6", and 8" saddle widths. They feature manual feed and are offered as single axis, compound axis, and vertical axis mounted slide. As options, the standard M Series slides can be fitted with right angle hand feed, square 360° swivel saddle adapter, manual saddle locks, crank or ratchet positioning handle, way wipers and accordion way covers.
The basic construction of dovetail slides makes it ideal for applications requiring compact size and precise linear motion and positioning capabilities in applications experiencing light to moderate static and dynamic loading.
